CHEVIOT AREA SCHOOL
Cheviot Area School is a rural state co-educational school. Our School caters for students from year 1 to 13 and boasts high levels of educational success in both our primary and secondary school.
Our grounds are park-like, sharing squash and netball courts, gymnasium, library and many other facilities with our vibrant community.
We welcome parents and prospective students to visit the school and talk with our staff at any time.

Cheviot Little Oaks Preschool
Cheviot Little Oaks Preschool is a small, unique and friendly early childhood centre. We have two classrooms:
Tiger’s room caters for under two year olds, where children explore with educational toys, music, art and craft, and stories. Qualified teachers provide a fun, friendly environment that our toddlers love.
Monty’s room provides an educational Montessori classroom where children are able to reach their full potential through math, language, art, music, drama, geography and biology based subjects. Teachers are early childhood and Montessori qualified. Our centre has excellent ERO reports.

The Tree Hut Preschool
At The Tree Hut Preschool we are a little bit special. We are a locally owned and operated family business who set out with a mission to empower each child to love learning. We do this though a fun daily programme delivered by qualified, motivated teachers in two beautiful purpose built buildings where we are surrounded by the natural environment.
We focus our programme on elements we believe to be essential to any early childhood experience: trusting relationships, physical activity, the natural world, experiencing the outdoor environment, and fostering respect for ourselves, others and the world around us. We welcome children ages 3 months to 6 years, providing quality education and care, catering to each age groups specific needs.
