Cheviot Four Square Supermarket caters for all your grocery needs. We stock a wide range of grocery brands and gourmet products, plus fresh produce and an extensive range of chilled wines and beer. We also carry a smaller range of haberdashery, toys, gifts, stationery and hardware.

We are the only grocery store between Amberley and Kaikoura and are open seven days a week, including most public holidays and extended hours during the summer months.

Sat-Sun   9am – 5.30
You will find us in the centre of Cheviot on State Highway 1 with plenty of parking available.

Originally starting as a corner butcher’s shop in Cheviot, we now operate a licensed abattoir and factory in Domett, and a butchers and delicatessen shop in Cheviot on Hall Street. We supply meat to wholesalers, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and cafes, pubs, rest homes and other butchers throughout the top half of the South Island.

Our stock is sourced from the Canterbury area, with most of it coming from the North Canterbury district. We also offer a private processing service where people can bring in their own pigs, sheep and cattle”
